New Community Tech Support Portal 

  • Search to find helpful support guides and screencasts in English and Spanish 
  • Chat with a virtual or live agent 
  • Submit and track the progress of a Help Desk ticket 
    • Parents/guardians can still email (communitytechsupport@mcpsmd.org) or call (240-740-7020), and then track their ticket in the portal  
    • Parents/guardians can use this support guide to activate their accounts
