Description of Role:
As the Career Advisor Coach at Redland Middle School, I support students in exploring career paths, developing essential skills, and setting personal and academic goals. To foster career readiness and overall well-being, I work closely with students through various activities, including advisory presentations, RIASEC assessments, and vision board creation.
Mission and Purpose at Redland:
I aim to empower Redland Middle School students to become future leaders by helping them discover their interests, talents, and career pathways. I strive to provide resources and guidance to help students make informed decisions about their academic and career trajectories while developing life skills that will serve them beyond middle school.
MoCo CAP Program:
Learn more about the MoCo Cap (Career and Postsecondary Readiness Program) here. This initiative allows students to explore career pathways and gain early access to career readiness resources.
Interests and Hobbies:
Outside of my role at Redland, I enjoy coaching football for the Central Maryland Christian Crusaders, spending time with my family, and working on my private practice, Relentlezz Energy. I also love fitness, reading, and traveling.
