AP Language and Composition Students Curate Museum Exhibit
Amend: The Future of Us
As a class of 2021, we had the privilege of discussing critical issues and possible remedies for three specific types of carbon emissions in Montgomery County: waste, transport and renewable energy. Our mission is to assist our audience to grasp the complex issue of Climate Change and promote ideas of what we genuinely believe they can do currently to aid our efforts, right here in Montgomery County. We also focused on how plastic is affecting the environment and how each of use can make changes in our life to help protect our natural world. A small step in the right direction is the equivalent of a mighty leap in stopping Climate Change.
Open House: Thursday, February 13th from 6pm until 7:30pm.
Join us and the museum staff to celebrate the opening of the exhibit. It is free and open to the public. The Beall Dawson House is located at 103 W Montgomery Ave, Rockville, Md 20820. If you can't make the open house, the museum is open to the public on the weekend.
