Blair Summer Program

Montgomery Blair High School is running a few summer programs that may be of interest to your rising 9th graders.   The website linked below outlines each program and includes information on how to register.  Any questions can be forwarded to Beth_S_Sanchez@mcpsmd.org.

Summer Reading 2024

There are two options for summer reading 2024:

  1. Students read two texts and complete a Summer Reading Response. Students who do not complete it may complete an alternative activity at the start of the school year or be excused.
  2. SSL Summer Reading Extension: Students may select a book from the list, read it, and complete a project to present at the start of the school year to educate and persuade an audience about a social issue.
