    School Improvement Plan

    Wims SIP SMARTIE Goals

    Often referred to as SIP, the School Improvement Plan is designed to ensure that all of our students meet or exceed federal education requirements. Wilson Wims Elementary teachers and administration are continuously:

    • Analyzing Data from State and Local Assessments
    • Clarifying the Problem 
    • Determining our Instructional Focus
    • Creating/Revising our Action Plan
    • Implementing our Action Plan
    • Monitoring Progress
    • Acting on Needed Changes
