Planning your schedule for the upcoming school year is a crucial step in your educational journey. As you begin this process, I encourage you to meet with your counselor and have discussions with your teachers about the courses you're considering. These conversations can ignite interest in new areas of study, help you gauge the appropriate course load, and assist in balancing your schedule effectively.

Make sure to fill out the WJHS planning sheet to map out your desired schedule and assess the time commitment required for your courses. As you explore different subjects, keep in mind that WJHS offers robust programs in music, theater, computer science, and the arts. Additionally, our school provides a wide range of classes, including honors, Advanced Placement (AP®) courses, and advanced electives across all departments. You might also consider undertaking a Senior Research Project, where you can design an independent learning experience based on your specific interests.
