Mental Health Resources for MCPS Employees
Taking care of our mental health should be a part of our daily lives. Well Aware has gathered community and medical plan resources to help you evaluate your current mental health status as well as tools to help you manage your mental health every day.
Free Access to Montgomery County Recreation Facilities and Pools
As a permanent* MCPS employee, you have free access to all Montgomery County (MC) recreation facilities, including swimming pools and gymnasiums. You also are eligible for a 20 percent discount on an annual pool pass for your family members. Interested? Learn more and visit the MC Recreation website for general information. You may apply online for the individual Total Rec Pass. The Employee Family Pool Pass Application also is available online. Both passes are valid for one year; you may reapply each year to continue your access to the facilities.

Online Classes: Join the Email Distribution List
Join Well Aware and take an online health and wellness class. From mindfulness to Zumba, you can join these classes online. Add your name to the distribution list for class updates. Learn more.
Omada
If you have Cigna or Kaiser Permanente, you can participate in Omada. Omada helps members manage weight and create healthier habits with one-on-one coaching and tools needed to make long lasting health changes. Learn more.
