Session one of the Regional Summer High School Program (in-person) and Central High School Summer Program (virtual) enrollment closes Friday, May 31. Payments are due by June 16 or the student will be withdrawn from the course. In both programs, the first session will run from June 26–July 16 (no class on July 4); the second session will run from July 18–Aug. 6. Session 2 enrollment closes Sunday, June 30. Parents can register students on their ParentVue accounts.

The regional, in-person program will be offered at Montgomery Blair, Seneca Valley and Richard Montgomery high schools. Classes begin at 8 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m. MCPS transportation will be offered at limited central stops and meals will be provided.

The Central program will be delivered virtually on Zoom. Students will be required to attend eight, 75-minute virtual, synchronous instructional sessions per session, for a total of 10 synchronous hours. Students should plan to spend between 30 and 40 additional hours per session completing asynchronous work in each course.

There will be a limited number of summer programs at both Title I and Additional Target Support and Improvement (ATSI) elementary and middle schools; those schools will reach out to their communities directly.

Payment: If you have registered for a summer course and have not received a payment invoice, please contact your counselor. Payments can be made through a link sent via email through School Cash Online or in person via cash or money order at Carver Educational Services Center (CESC) on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 a.m.-3.p.m.

CESC is located at 850 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, MD, 20850.
