Current Policies for Public Comment
On March 11, 2008, revisions to Policy EEA, Student Transportation were approved for tentative action by the Board of Education. The proposed revisions to the policy improve the organization of the document, clarify the appeals process, and reflect changes in federal laws that affect transportation options for students. Comments are due on April 30, 2008 and should be mailed to the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, 850 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, MD 20850 or emailed to the Board of Education at boe@mcpsmd.org. All responses will be shared with the Superintendent and the Board of Education.
