  • January 15, 2025 from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.: Frost & Flourish: Boosting Your Well-Being This Winter: A new season signals a time of change and it can be helpful to assess your well-being.   • February 5 2025 from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.: Mindfulness How to Be More Present:

    We all lead busy lives and it can be difficult to stay in the present moment when thinking about the past or worrying about the future. Participants will explore the benefits of mindfulness, engage in a variety of mindful activities, and learn how to start a personal mindfulness practice.   • March 25, 2025 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.: Generational Dynamics in Communication Styles: Navigating Generational Diversity for Effective Communication Part 1: In this two-part series with the Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County, participants will gain insights into leveraging generational strengths, managing change effectively, and honing active listening skills to enhance their professional growth and contribute to a thriving workplace environment.
