Summer 2024 PDO Workshops

The EAP office offers virtual workshops throughout the year on PDO for supporting services professionals and workshops that are open to all employees. View upcoming workshops below and register on PDO:

  • July 18, 2024 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.: Summer Well-Being: A new season signals a time of change and it can be helpful to assess your well-being. During this session, you will identify strategies to nurture your well-being this summer. Course #92592 for Support Staff Professionals (SPT10).
  • July 24, 2024 from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.: Summer Well-Being: A new season signals a time of change and it can be helpful to assess your well-being. During this session, you will identify strategies to nurture your well-being this summer. Course #92606. Open to all MCPS employees.
  • July 29, 2024 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.: 10 Steps to Financial Freedom with F3E: Participants will learn strategies to find their net income, overcome obstacles to create wealth, and create a financial road map. Course #92593 (SPT10).
  • August 1, 2024 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.: Recognizing and Responding to Stress: Stress is a natural part of life and yet too much stress can overwhelm our brain and body. Participants will learn how to identify their own unique stress response and practice proactive and responsive strategies to alleviate stress. Course #91821 (SPT10).
  • August 6, 2024 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.: Managing Your Time, Maximizing Your Potential: You will develop time management goals and strategies to prioritize your time. You will leave this workshop with a toolkit to overcome obstacles to effective time management and prioritize your efficiency. Course #90816 (SPT10).
