Functional and technical staff will be involved in an iterative process of system design, configuration, and testing over the course of this implementation. Additionally, stakeholders from schools and central offices will have opportunities to be involved in various project activities throughout the project to ensure the successful implementation of an enhanced and user-friendly business systems to better serve MCPS schools and offices.
