New Parent Meet and Greet, August 24, 10:00 a.m.

A "Meet and Greet" for parents who are new to CCES will be held on Thursday, August 24, at 10:00 a.m. in the CCES courtyard.

CCES Lending Library

CCES has a new lending library that was donated by Ms. Martinez and her homeroom students.  The library is located on the corner of the circle in front of CCES and Hillcrest Place and is perfect for summer reading for all ages.Thank you, Ms. Martinez and students!

Please donate your used eyeglasses!

CCES is collecting used eyeglasses for Sight Learning, a certified non-profit organization that collects and distributes glasses to students around the world.  If you have used glasses you would like to donate, please bring them to the CCES office and place them in the Sight Learning collection box.  Our goal is to collect 1000 pairs of glasses!

Updated training information for all school & field trip volunteers

All volunteers must complete online training on "Recognizing Child Abuse and Neglect" prior to volunteering and/or chaperoning at Chevy Chase Elementary School according to MCPS regulations!  Read on to find the online site.
