AP & IB Testing Information

Greetings, Students, Parents, and Guardians,

As we approach the start of our May 2024 AP and IB exam season, it's crucial for students to be fully prepared. Exams are scheduled to begin on April 25, 2024, and conclude on May 24, 2024. Below, you'll find important information to assist you in your exam preparation. Please review this email thoroughly before your first exam. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Lynette O'Reggio, IB Coordinator, or Kim Prillman, AP Coordinator.

Exam Day Reminders:

  • AP and IB exams may run later than the time listed on the schedule. If a student has an extended time accommodation, they may have up to  50%  additional time to complete their exam(s). This means that some exams may end as late as 5:00 pm.

  • Testing locations are subject to change. Please check the AP and IB Exam Schedule May 2024 )the day before your exam(s) to confirm your location.

  • Students must arrive at their testing location 30 minutes before the scheduled test.

  • Students will not be allowed in the testing location if the student arrives more than 15 minutes after the listed start time.

  • Students must take their examinations at the assigned time on the assigned date. Late test date(s)/ time(s) are only for students who have been pre-approved.

  • All bags, pocketbooks, and other belongings should be left at the front of the exam room.

  • No textbooks/notebooks/instruction books are to be brought into the exam room.
