Tue, March 138th grade field trip to Baltimore Center Stage Theatre
Montgomery Opioid and Substance Abuse Community Forum is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 at John Kennedy High School from 6:00-8:00 pm. See attached flyer for additional information.
On Tuesday, March 13th the 8th grade class will be traveling to Baltimore’s Arena Stage to see the stage play “Animal Farm”. This experience complements and enhances the reading of this famous novel in their Language and Literature course. Permission forms along with the $28 fee is due Thursday, February 22nd. Students can get an extra permission form from their Language and Literature teacher. Permission forms can also be found here.
The spring music fundraiser is underway. Music students received a brochure and order form this week. Take this opportunity to buy and sell some delicious food and great gift items! And don’t forget to qualify for the Music Mega Party! Funds will be used for upcoming trips and competitions for our choral and instrumental students. Your support is critical for our students to enjoy these music performance opportunities. Fundraiser ends on March 5th. Contact Ms. Archer or Ms. Branch if you have any questions.
