  • Public STEM Lab and Clarksburg Library Petition

    Do you want to have a public library in Clarksburg? Do you want access to a public place offering supplies and equipment for you to learn how to build a robot? If you want any of these, please join the student group to petition the County Executive and County Council for a much needed Clarksburg Library that also has a public STEM lab as a pilot test for the proposed public STEM labs in Montgomery County.   • MCPS Student Contest: United We Learn: All Means All

    Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Jack R. Smith, has stated that “we will celebrate diversity and a commitment to equity making sure that All Means All when it comes to equity and excellence in learning, progress, achievement and opportunity.” Students are being asked to use visual art and the written word to celebrate diversity while exploring the matter of equity for all.
