Wootton High School

The Wootton HS Winter Ball 2025 will be held on January 11, 2025, at the Gaithersburg Marriott.  Tickets are on sale for $25 until Thursday, December 12, 2024.  Ticket prices will increase to $35 on Friday, December 13, 2024, and will remain on sale until Wednesday, January 1, 2025, OR UNTIL THEY ARE SOLD OUT.  Because we need to provide a head count to the Marriott on January 2nd, THERE WILL BE NO TICKET SALES AFTER JANUARY 1ST OR AT THE DOOR!!!!

 Event tickets will be distributed in school by the SGA during lunches the week of January 6th.

-           Tickets will be sold ONLY through School Cash Online from 12/2/24 to 12/12/24 for $25; and 12/13/24 to 1/1/25 for $35

-           Each Wootton student is permitted to purchase ONE ticket for themselves. 

-           Wootton students requesting to bring a Non-Wootton HS student to the event will need to complete the Guest Request steps before being able to purchase the Guest ticket (see below).

-       There is a limited number of tickets to this event and once the tickets have sold out, sales will end.

GUEST REQUEST

The last day to submit non-Wootton guest forms was Friday, December 20, 2024.  Therefore, we are no longer accepting requests to bring students from other schools to the Winter Ball.

-           Guests will need to show photo ID in order to enter the event.

TICKET DISTRIBUTION

-           Every attendee will need to have a Winter Ball ticket in order to attend the event.

-       Tickets will be distributed the week of January 6th by the SGA during lunch.

-           ALL ATTENDEES MUST SHOW PHOTO ID TO PICK UP A TICKET!

-           NO REFUNDS FOR LOST TICKETS!!!!!!

REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE ISSUED IN WRITING TO MRS. AMY BUCKINGHAM.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 12/19/2024!
