He is the founder/CEO of Vindicated Sports which is a consulting firm with a mission of educating and advising players, coaches and agents on the business of international basketball and connecting them with each other. In addition, his first film documentary, "Imported", was released and shown on HULU.

Joanna Lohman is a global keynote speaker, former pro soccer player, and impact amplifier who excels at unlocking human potential and maximizing team cohesion. As a former professional soccer player and member of the United States Women’s National Team, she gained elite insights into leadership and team building. She also built a platform for social impact and became the first player in Washington Spirit history to have her jersey retired. During her 16-year professional career, she set herself apart through her ability to sustain excellence, connect with the fan base and grow the game.

She is the author of "Raising Tomorrow's Champions", an extraordinary parenting and life lessons book as told through the eyes of the greatest women's soccer players of all-time. Joanna is also a human rights activist and a Sport Diplomat with the U.S. Department of State. She travels the world running programs in less developed nations utilizing sport to battle sex trafficking, promote conflict resolution, empower women and leaders, and develop our youth.

For the last 20 years, Joanna has infused the lessons of elite level sports into the business world, building high performing teams and individuals who thrive under challenge, change and chaos. She has ignited companies to optimize their human potential and sustain excellence through transformational leadership and inspiration. Joanna drills down to the essence of greatness with emphasis on processes, systems and routines, and deeply connects with the audience through personal stories of injury, adversity and struggle. With a powerful combination of both lived experience and cutting edge science and data, Joanna is a compelling and captivating speaker.

As a performance coach, professional speaker, and courageous leader, she has impacted organizations all over the world, including: The Minnesota Vikings, The Human Rights Campaign, Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Qualcomm, Lifetime Television, American Staffing Association, Amgen, Sanofi, and McDonald’s. She has been featured on national television and radio across the globe including CNN, Fox 5 DC, and Sirius XM as a leading voice in sports performance, equality, change management, and leadership.

Joanna grew up in Silver Spring, MD and went on to attend Pennsylvania State University on a full athletic scholarship. She became one of the most decorated players in Penn State history as a four-time Academic All American, Big Ten Player of the Year, captain of the Women's Soccer Team, and graduated with a 3.98 GPA. She is a member of both the Springbrook High School and Montgomery County Sports Hall of Fame. She is an active and well known community member in Silver Spring, MD with a social media presence that invites each individual to use their platform for impact.

Britt Eckerstrom is no stranger to these halls. The middle of three sisters to graduate from Northwest, she was a proud member of the Class of 2011. She went on to compete at Penn State University, where she was a varsity goalkeeper, a three-time Big Ten Champion, and a National Champion. She was honored with both the Big Ten Medal of Honor and the Ernest McCoy Award, two of the conference's highest distinctions for academic and athletic excellence.

Britt was drafted into the National Women's Soccer League and spent the majority of her professional career with the Portland Thorns, where she won two NWSL Championships. During her playing years, she pursued mountaineering and backcountry expeditions in the off-season, earning her Wilderness First Responder certification along the way.

After retiring from professional soccer, Britt became an EMT and transitioned into medicine, caring for patients navigating life with newly transplanted hearts, working alongside neurosurgeons battling brain tumors, and most recently serving patients in orthopedic surgery.

Away from the clinic, she remains as competitive as ever. Britt is a triathlete and lifelong runner, a passion that began with winning state championships on the cross country and track teams here at Northwest, she competes across a range of endurance and outdoor disciplines.
This fall, Britt will begin PA school, with a long-term goal of specializing in wilderness medicine. She is drawn to high-pressure, team-driven environments where preparation, adaptability are everything, values she credits to her years competing from high school track to professional soccer.
