Resources
The Library Media Center offers an extensive collection of over 15, 000 items of print and non-print resources including books, magazines, newspapers, online reference sources, videotapes and more. The Library Media Center's resources have been specifically selected to support the school's instructional and Signature programs. Because of this focus, we will usually have more resources on specific topics than a public library.
Television Studio
The Churchill TV studio is a state-of–the-art digital facility with computer editing and computer animation graphics capabilities. The media services technician (MST) supervises the use of the TV studio. The MST assists teachers and students with individual and school video productions. A weekly broadcast, The Daily Dose is broadcast from the studio everyday at fourth period.
Research Center
The Library Media Center has 40 networked computers with applications designed to assist student learning. Word processing, graphic organizing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software are all accessible in the Library Media Center. Each student computer account is accessible through a unique password. Students are encouraged to use the Online Resources provided by MCPS and WCHS.

- B & W xerox copying $.15 per page
- Color laser printing $.25 per page
Loan Policy
- Books - Four weeks, 5 items maximum.
- Reference - Do not circulate.
- Magazines - Current issue does not circulate. Back file issues are two-day loans.
