Retiring This Year? Submit Paperwork by May 10 for Annual Reception

To receive an invitation to the MCPS 2024 retirement reception, newly retiring employees must submit completed retirement paperwork to the Employee and Retiree Service Center (ERSC) no later than Friday, May 10, 2024.

Retiring employees will be honored for their service during the annual event from 5–7 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, at Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville. Registration will begin at 4:30 p.m. 

Retirees are invited to bring one guest to the event. If you plan to attend, RSVP online by Monday, May 20, 2024, by completing the RSVP form. You will need to enter the invitation code found at the bottom of your invitation in the space provided.

Retirement forms and additional information about the retirement process are available on the Retirement Planning webpage. Employees who submit retirement paperwork after May 10, 2024, will be honored at next year’s reception.
